We accept the following types of files:  All MicroSoft Office Programs including MS Word, MS Publisher, Excel, etc.,  WordPerfect, PDFs, Adobe Photoshop (.psd), Art Explosion Publisher Pro (.npp), most Graphics files such as .jpg, .gif, .tif, .bmp, etc.

For graphics - remember that most programs create "web graphics" which are too low of a resolution.  For example a typical web graphic is 72 dpi (dots per inch) and look fine on the web, but will print out blocky or fuzzy.  Graphics to be printed should be at least 300 dpi. 

We will always do a test print of your work and will not print anything that we see a problem with, and are happy to work with you to help you create an excellent printed piece.
